Data is not encrypted, is not transmitted to a server, and persists indefinitely until you clear browser data. Do not enter real patient identifiers on shared or unattended devices, and do not rely on this tool for HIPAA-regulated clinical use without a production deployment with authentication, encryption-at-rest, and an audit trail.
